Hi,
I just moved to the Chicago area. I am looking to qualify for the Jr. Nationals. I was going to do a show out east (where I am from), but someone told me the Mr. Wisconsin was open to all states. It will be my first show so a bit nervious. I have put off competing for the last few years, as I did not feel I was ready. I have worked with Chris Aceto for the last 16 months and I went to Venice to train with Charles Glass for 2 weeks. Chris wanted me to hold 300-310#s for the last year so I started my diet at 305#s and he feels I will be about 250-255#s hard and dry at the show. At 5'9" he feels I should have a good chance to well or maybe win at the Jr's. But first I need to qualify, so we are going all out for the qualifying show, because with out that there is no Jr's.
Does anyone have any information on the Mr Wisconsin and who I contact to get an entry? I sure would be nice to do that and no have to travel as far.
Thank you. :)

Could you share some good stories about Laura Creavalle?
She had a nice ass at one time.

I have been training at the YMCA near Deerfield. I have not had a lot of time to go gym hunting plus it is close for me. Where do you train?

no offense dude but i'm calling bullshit on your claims, if you were really 5'9" 255 onstage you'd be a lot further along the food chain the the Mr. Podunk Wisconsin contest, you're full of shit.

Which gym do you train at or are you a member at? Whatever you do...find a tru HARDCORE GYM...they're out there...mostly on the southside. Just dont join an XSPORT Gym...the one on Elston Ave, maybe but...
Why dont you enter the ILLINOIS STATE show...May 27th. Over at the Gateway Theatre(Lawrence/Central). Always a good show...it's a national qualifer.
Call USA Gym in Bridgeview, Illinois.
The Mid-Illinois Classic is this weekend in Ottawa, Illinois...I dont think its a NQ'er, though...
-
You wisconsin boys need to jump ship and come do some MN shows.
-
I agree you should do the Illinois State...always a good group of people there (me included ;))
-
The "Mr. WI" is open to people of any state? Is that how "state" shows usually are. Seems like it defeats the point to have it open to all states...
