RIP...Squadfather and I did have our disagreements in the past. But it's the internet and if you care about what's said about you on the internet, even a little bit, than you might have a fragile ego and not dealing with it very well.
Impressed me as a guy you would meet in a bar, kind of annoying but still could hold your interest for better or worse. He was smart in a funny and clever way, no doubt. Only sort of, kind of a picture of Squadfather at that time was his poor reflection in a glass sliding door. Believed he lived in a trailer park at the time, but I was raised for a while in a trailer park so no dishonor there. Not really sure why he was banned from GB...too bad. Again, RIP Squadfather.
(wonder if we will be hearing about Pumpster and Donny, two other gentlemen of questionably backgrounds who were also banned from GB. I'm pretty much out of the loop with all the GB interplay)

2ND OFF - Second offense - This bumps up the penalty from a high misdemeanor to a lower felony class crime.

While I always got along with Dave/Squadfather, given how overweight he was, it was odd that he made fun of the physiques of so many others, including top pros.
He claimed to bench press around 360-370. Given his size, I think that lift is believable...although I wouldn't call it particularly impressive.
Does anyone know how he died? It wasn't stated in the obituary, and 49 is rather young.
