Title: Losing weight??

In order to lose weight, do I necassarily have to sweat while doing a cardiovascular excercise? I run a mile but I was just wondering do I have to sweat??

To burn fat I keep my heart rate relatively low in the 110-115 range for 45 min on the eliptical machine.  For me this is a small sweat, pretty much on the border of breaking a sweat.

You should probably break a small sweat, just as long as you don't create another Atlantic Ocean you should be good.

not nesasarly, pay more atention to your hart rate thean eanything else.
