Matt Ogus has really nailed the physique, the conditioning, and the lifestyle. Plus he's done it all with mindfulness and balance. I think this kid is the real deal and is a much better role model than that Zyzz.

Dude's got a great physique. No question about it.
I don't care about the G4P stuff, mostly because it doesn't hurt anyone, but also because I'm super lib about prostitution and porn and whatever else.
I'm not a fan of Matt's, I don't sub to his youtube or ig or anything, but I can see why he's gathered a large audience.
He does seem short, though. I don't know his exact height, but he can't be taller than 5'6"

Matt used to be a huge douche but I think he's actually a really cool kid. He is really balanced, a good entrepreneur, very disciplined and pretty intelligent. I have a hard time looking past his hair and cranium sometimes, but he's an overall pretty cool dude. Probably one of, if not, the realest person in the fitness industry. I know he claims fake natty too, but who doesn't. We all know they use shit and if someone doesn't know, then it's their own fault for being so gullible.
