So i get blood work back. Im 43 5-11 215# rougly 13% bf at moment. ON Freeaks Test Cyp at 500-600 mg week, nothing else.
Test = 1600
Cholesterol = 262 (this is what concerns me!)
LDL = 197
HGB = 18.8
HCT = 54.7
WBC = 4.2
For the most part everything else was normal. Doctor wants me off of test and thinks that is y hgb and chol is so high. I have been eating alot and not all that great. NO cardio at the moment. So Im really bummed if i have to come off. Question is; can i bring down the chol and hemblobin to safe levels with out getting off test. and or shld i consider lowering test and maybe adding in tren or deca or eq instead?????

total cholesterol doesnt matter at all, its the HDL to LDL ratio that matters.
you LDL is pretty high, whats your HDL? assuming the VLDL number is pretty low then your HDL should be around 40-50, which is average. 1:4 HDL to LDL is not that great but certainly not health threatening. can be improved through cardio, diet and supplements (berberine is OTC for example)
for the HGB, do cardio and donate blood.

Donate some blood for your hemoglobin if your worried but your test score looks low for 5/600mgs a week,hit cardio and clean up your diet,I would not add eq as that will elevate your rbc also.

Your testosterone is definitely underdosed

With the amount of test you're taking you should be in the 2500-3000 range for test. I'm over 1500 on 200mg of pharm test per week.
