I renamed my T4 thread and created this one, its a place to log so others can see what I am doing. If its not the right place, please move it.
So I have been running T3 for several weeks now, this is my third run. (I thought it was T4 but it aint), started November 3rd at 25mcg, ran till November 9th with no issues, bumped to 50mcg. Ran till November 17th with no issues (side effects for me, hungry, sweaty, get hot easily, simple things are now a little harder like cardio)
This am I bumped to 75mcg. YEAH BABY!
People are starting to notice the changes, I am hungry a lot of the time now, I still cheat a bunch, and working on the mental aspect of that, it might just be that I'm hungry too, or not drinking enough liquids. I am sitting here, writing this right now hungry as a mother fucker, preparing to microwave my 5th meal of the day in 5 minutes. The mental aspect of WHY i want to eat the bad stuff still eludes me, glad I have some good people to bounce my shit off of. Its not easy being a body builder, and anyone that tells you different is full of shit.
Part of dieting, and using T3 is being hungry, it just is what it is. If I up my calories it just UNDOES what I'm doing with the T3.....
I was looking in the mirror today, I am going a bit flat for sure, muscle bellies are not as round and the skin is not as tight, workouts are 10x harder than normal, I sweat like a savage at the gym.
Honestly I am a little worried about how I am going to feel at 75mcg, but I plan to run this 7 full days to see how things go. If all is well ill hold it for 10 days.
There is no way to know until you FIND WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOUR BODY.
Current Stack:
375mg Test E week
75mcg T3 day
Current diet is 2800 calories day, my over feed days are 3600. 2-3 days clean, one day over feed repeat. A lot of this is also based on how I feel.
Starting weight July 21 (T3 251 pounds)
Current weight Nov 14 (50mcg T3 243 pounds)
I did dip down in weight in October to 234, but I was sick as a dog too and did not eat much for almost 10 days, took me 3 weeks to come back to 240 ish.
I have been toying with adding deca, but not till my T3 is done, perhaps a week before to give it some lead up time. I am totally OK being flat to ditch this fucking body fat, its for it to go.

If you are wanting to lose fat, don't do anaerobic exercise. Run on the treadmill or track, ride a bike, do elliptical and stretch like crazy. Then do it again. You should spend 2-3 hours a day on aerobic exercise and you will lose your extra fat. Easiest thing to do. Gaining mass is much harder than getting cut. Getting cut just requires reducing calories and doing cardio and aerobic exercise until you want to die, then resting for 30 minutes and doing it again.

Today is Day 5 on 75mcg day. Im hungry a lot of the time, and today was leg day.
Normally its not so bad, but today, it truly sucked. I pushed all the way through, ran out of time due to longer rest periods, so missed 1 set of extensions and 1 set of lying leg curls.
Did my normal banded stuff but am pushing up the bile before puke.
I want to start coming down, but its only 2 more days! Chest tomorrow and Back.
I haven't weighed in yet either, kind of afraid. My wife says it does not matter, what does the mirror say? She says I am leaner than I have been in years, that's good, and I had 3 compliments last week, and one guy asked me how much weight I have lost.
My face is leaner, arms vascular.

2 more days at 75, then switch to 50 for 7 days.
I am fighting the mental thing of being small, my strength has only gone down very moderately, and I think that is only due to energy output, perhaps its just my mind, perhaps I need to just buck up and 100% it. I want to bump my test because of that small feeling...
But I know once I lean out, and then drop the T3 that I will fill out and look amazing, just a matter of fighting my mind.

Weighed in at 240 today, seems I am holding my weight for the most part, and leaning out. I will stick to my schedule and see what happens.
I have to admit I am not so fond of 75mcg right now, and have planned on only one week at this level, once I plan my next run it will be longer I think.
Still leaning out and holding weight, cant go wrong with that.

I was sick, and did not eat for days and days. Once I started eating i stabled out again.
Weight is not important, its just a number. Looking to lean out, I would say 15% is my first goal. I suspect im sitting around 20 right now.
I have not weighed in since November 22nd.

Easier if you do cardio with depleted glycogen stores. Anaerobic activity burns glycogen as fuel.
