Title: INBF/polygraph/prohormones

Has anyone competed in the INBF?  They have a ban on pro-hormones, which I haven't taken in a hell of a long time.  Unfortunately, you have to be clean from them since Jan 2000.  It's entirely possible that I stopped before then, but I honestly don't remember.  I also don't know what would happen if they asked me about them on the polygraph.  Anyone have any experience with polygraphs?

Just be honest and you won't have anything to worry about.

seriously that polygraph is a joke..... dont even worry about it. You need to convince your mind that you have nothing to worry about, and you will relax on the test.

It says on the inbf.net website that prohormones were banned effective Jan. '00.  I'm not worried about lying because I'm not going to do it; I'm worried about being anxious and then failing the test.

Ok, just got the official word from Steve Downs of the INBF, thought I'd post it for anyone else interested in competing in that federation.  Buffbong, you were right-they were banned in Jan '00 but as long as you are 2 yrs clean from them, you are in.
