Well, The Styles vs. Cena World title match just started.
I'm hoping that, if Goldberg does win the Rumble, they take him off Raw and move him to Smackdown. If Cena also beat Styles for the title, that would be THE matchup I'd want to see.
If the Streak were still alive, I'd be pining for a Goldberg-Taker matchup. But, so much for that.
Who do you think wins the Rumble.
I'd say Goldberg.....or as my upset pick (if he's cleared to compete), Finn Balor.

Well, half the equation is complete. Cena has the WWE World title again.
Now, let's see who wins the Rumble. I'm thinking either someone from Smackdown gets it. Or, if it goes as I think it will, Goldberg will win it and jump ship from Raw to Smackdown.
However, Cena has to defend the title at Elimination Chamber. That might be a setup for a 'Mania swerve.

I certainly didn't see this coming. Originally, I thought Cena and Goldberg might dance. But, once again, they let Goldberg punk Lesnar....one spear and up and over the top went the Beast.
Then Goldberg speared the Undertaker....Taker sits up and chucks Goldberg out. Next, out of the blue, Reigns is number 30 and he tosses Taker after Taker threw him out but didn't get Reigns to hit the floor.
Reigns ultimately got RKO'ed, attempting a spear; out he goes; and, Orton wins the Rumble.

Thought Owens / Regins was good with a crazy table spot. Looked painful.
Styles / Cena was awesome with a great finish.
Reigns being #30 was stupid. I know we suspend disbelief, but if you get hit with brass knuckles and get the living shit kicked out of you, you shouldn't return, let alone eliminate the top guys.

I have a feeling Reigns replaced somebody else, originally scheduled to be in the Rumble. They let Cesaro and Sheamus enter the Rumble after losing the tag titles. Actually, I don't see why they let Cesaro and Sheamus beat New Day for the titles, if they were just placeholders for Gallows and Anderson.

A better finish would have been Brock and Goldberg as the last two and they eliminate each other at the same time. So both are co winners, then at Wrestlemania, they have a match where the winner gets a title shot immediately afterwards.
Of course, Vince hasn't done anything but shit on his own brand for decades now.

I'd say more over the last 3-5 years, PARTICULARLY at WM30.
Think about what a Goldberg-Undertaker match would have been, with the Deadman's streak still intact.

No doubt he'd make a great heel.I read an interview with him on ESPN and he mentioned his twitter account and how a few pornstars follow him.one even took the stage name Romi Rains ;D
...not that I checked her out after reading the interview or anything like that!

They need some specialty match for 'Mania. I was thinking an Iron Man match or an "I Quit" match. We know Goldberg can beat Lesnar quickly. Let's see if he can beat him into submission.
As for Undertaker, I just can't get hyped about matches for him at the big dance anymore. Without the Streak, it just doesn't work.

He's the same guy he was during the tail end of the Shield's run. He was THE babyface until the 2015 Royal Rumble.
These fans were THAT pissed that Daniel Bryan didn't win the Rumble that they're still taking it out on Reigns two years later?
As for Cena, the "smartfans" just love to hate him. When he's gone, all you hear is how boring Raw/Smackdown is and how there's no top babyface. Then when Cena comes back, it's business as usual.

I see no point to this. Just because Reigns chucked 'Taker out of the Rumble, it's worthy of a WrestleMania match?
If the Streak were intact, I'd argue this is a main-event match, especially with both world title matches (Wyatt v. Orton & Goldberg v. Lesnar) having the potential to be snoozefest (especially Goldberg and Lesnar).

That's exactly what they are doing....force feeding Reigns down everyone's throat by trying to give him instant credibility by wrestling a 50 plus year old Undertaker who hasn't worked a full tim schedule with WWE in 6 years....

I don't get the force-feeding Reigns thing. Before his hernia injury in late 2014, he was the hottest thing going. All this mess started because the Philly fans wanted Daniel Bryan to win the 2015 Rumble. When Reigns won it instead, he suddenly became the scapegoat.
Nobody was going to by Bryan taking the belt from Lesnar at 'Mania. So, what would have been the point of having Daniel Bryan winning the Rumble?
Plus, how much credibility would Reigns have beating 'Taker at the big dance without the Streak being part of the equation? Beating the Deadman at a non-WrestleMania event doesn't equate to credibility. Remember that Vladimir Koslov beat 'Taker clean on Smackdown in late 2008/early 2009. It didn't do him any good.
