Come on, no one can be this gullible to believe this is real. No business would say something, even if they hated Trump. It is obviously not good PR and any business would lose revenue because of it.

It was real.  An "accident".  ::)

Just so happens, Robert Gibbs, Obama's former Press Secretary, is the global chief communications officer at McDonald's and also happens to have the Twitter password.   :-\

Do you really think he has the password?

I know that here, there are maybe 10 people who have the password to the EA / DICE Twitter or Instagram accounts.

Now, of course Andrew Wilson could easily ask for it, but he wouldn't bother. Even the Chief Marketing Officer for the company (Chris Bruzzo) wouldn't bother to worry about the Twitter account himself. He's a busy guy.

Now it definitely is possible. I mean, at that level, he surely could request it and someone would give it to him. At that level, it's tough to say no to the guy, but would it really be likely?

I don`t think it could be ruled out given that in his new role, "Gibbs will lead McDonald’s corporate relations group, which manages internal and external communications and government and public affairs”, the same group that handled all digital media.

I do not think they were "hacked".  Who would go through the trouble to "hack" the account, just to post that tweet?  Obviously something else happened.

I do not believe they were "hacked" either.

I would wager that someone in McDonald's communication group is a Trump hater and posted it, with the intention to say they were "hacked" when someone noticed. If / when they realize who did it, that person is going to be fired. No question about that.

I cannot disagree that it is surely possible that Gibbs did it himself. He definitely has the clout and no one would argue with him should he decide to ask for the account information. That's certainly true.

Oh, my PS4 name that I got back is TheTrueAdonis.

I had been using one with underscores for the longest time and forgetting that I had already made one without!

I don't think he would risk something like that either, but who knows.  People do some crazy shit from time to time. If they really want to get to the bottom of it, I am sure they can.  I suspect it will all be handled internally (as it probably should be) and we will never know really what happened.

They're really not though.  I shook his hand about 5 months ago and i'm 6'3 with big hands and his hands weren't much smaller then mine.  I don't get it.

A bit above their pay grade. They should worry about it taking 15 minutes in the drive thru line to get a coffee. Every time I wonder why I didn't just walk inside.

I often wonder this as well. People spend 20 minutes in the drive-thru when it would have taken half of that to walk in. I guess people just don't want to get out of their car.

I agree. I could also see someone being forced to take the fall.

You're right about this, guaranteed. We will never ever know what happened for sure.

The concept of drive through is speed....until a minvan full orders everything on the menu as slowly as possible. Also, is it a prerequisite for the people that work drive through at McD's to have face piercings?

Just more fake news. Maybe around here they look small because we are use to seeing abnormal GH hands.

Yes, the concept of speed is nice, if there are not 15 cars in front of you.  ;D ;D

Also, is it a prerequisite for them to get your order wrong every single time?

He just pointed out how it's usually SLOWER, though, which it often is.

The "concept" of the drive-thru is I don't wanna get outta my fucking car while Tool's still rocking my shit. And it's cold, or hot, and that room is filled with loud, stinky turdpeople is the concept.

This fake news stuff is concerning.

You seem like a smart guy - tell me, how does one determine fake from legit? You obviously vet info/sources and such, so what's the process? I don't wanna come off like a complete dumbass is all.

Thanks, friend.

That's a poor tweet effort.

If you're going to get fired for it then you put some goddamn thought into it.  You don't [mis]use hackneyed turns of phrase.  You get your punctuation right.  You never actually use actually.

It was either written by a 14yo foreigner or an inebriated graduate of a state college.

I saw Trump once in person, and my eyes went to his hands just to see if they were small. They looked normal to me. I looked because people stated he had really small hands.  Bigkid said he shook his hand and bigkid is 6'3 and said his hands seemed normal.  It is very hard these days to determine what is real or fake news. It seems like all sorces and news has to be verified now because it is so easy to report anything. I have to watch a lot of news and listen to the so called experts, but they could be full of shit also. Look at what just happended with McDonald.

Indeed. McRonald eats a coldcock Powerbomb for making delicious fries is all - total bullshit! Real Americans are waking up, though!

All's I know is who I CAN'T trust (MSM, right?). So I get it here, or Fox, or from DJT direct. That way, you KNOW it's 100%. Thinking's hard, bro.

I am just realy pissed at CNBC.  I trusted the so called experts on there.  They said if Trump got elected the stock market was going to crash.  So I sold all of my stocks, right before the election. The stock market took off, so I lost a lot of profit and got stuck with a big tax bill for last year. The next day after the election the same experts said he was going to be good for stocks, since his policies were pro growth WTF the changed their opinions in one day. Dickheads
