Title: saw a one armed man at the gym today

older guy, had only one arm.  on the bench right in front of me. I walked up and said bro, your looking good, if you need any help with anything, let me know. thats all that happened.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I met a guy at the pool a while back. For a guy with no arms or legs he was quite the swimmer. Told me his name was Bob.

No he wasn't  offended at all. Cool guy. But he didn't wipe up his sweat from the bench.
So I kicked his one armed ass. Told him to leave my gym or I would get my crew after him.

In the 90's I once saw a one legged man doing leg presses.  It was very interesting thing to witness.
