.....it took Trump 77 days to fix it.

What did he fix? Healthcare? Foreign relations? ???
At least Obamacare will still cover meds for you to cope with reality.

He fixed Assad right up.

He fixed Assad right up.
Not really....good job on the bombing but Assad is still doing his thing
-
He fixed Assad right up.
He bombed an empty air force base.
-
He fixed Assad right up.
He got permission from Russia first. Russia notified Assad. Targets left the area.
His bombing target was back in operation within a matter of hours.
How is that fixed?
-
how does advance notification of intent to bomb an empty airstrip raise American Standards?
It wasn't empty. They traced the flight path of the plane that dropped the chemical weapons from that air strip. There were also 20 of their fighter jets destroyed and we hit the intended target 59 out of 59 times. As for your question. Refer back to 2013 when Obama drew his "red line"

If the Russians were informed, the Syrians were informed 5 minutes later. The base was empty when the missiles were deployed.

Empty of people. They hit the intended target.

Despite the millions of dollars spent for 59 Tomahawks, the target was operational again in just a few hours.
If Trump really wanted to destroy that airfield he would have bought it and tried to run it as a business.

Doesn't matter, the message was sent and I'm pretty sure they got it. Trump also said if it happens again they would strike again (not mentioning targets). I'm also pretty sure that airfield wasn't fully operational.

Not that I am condoning the airstrike, but:
If we are talking about money, each one of those SU-22's cost around $25 million in 1997. And we destroyed 20 of them.
That's 500 million dollars worth of damage to the Syrian government in the middle of a decades long civil war.
Dirt and cement are cheap to repair a runway. Replacing 20 bombers isn't...

next time they should try also destroying the runways as long as they are in the neighborhood
Syria has already resumed flights from the base

it would take a lot longer than 24 hours to rebuild a runway
seems odd we just chose to leave the base operational

What message was that? That we will get Russia's permission first so they can alert Syria prior to our actions and the area be empty. Like your head.

But Russia already knew that Assad had bombed (chemical) his own people and did nothing. Why would we ask for permission from Russia? I haven't heard that...link?

Does this have anything to do with what you're referring too?

General Mattis says sorry he didn't put holes in the ground for you. He was too busy taking out expensive targets that can't be replaced easily. ::)

Trump couldn't do it without letting his BFF Valladypoo know about it first. So he could tell Syria immediately afterwards. Trump also said it was time to put "America first". If he wants to worry about people being poisoned and dying from their leaders, he can start with Flint, MI.

I launched my tomahawk into your mom's landing strip, and you were deployed 9 months later.
Trust me, not worth it.
