Title: Wrist Injury

heard a pop and cant twist my wrist outwards anymore, anybody know what this might be? thanks ahead of time.

The way I did in case anybody is curious, well you know how on seated db shoulder press you hold the weights on your thighs and knee them up, well I kneed the right one up, went to knee the left one up and my wrist cracked and made a pop, it sucks so bad man. Ive been icing it and now have it wrapped.

Same thing just happened to me. Was doing power cleans yesterday when all of a sudden my right wrist 'popped' and I lose my grip. It didn't swell up, but it's damn sore and I can hardly use my right hand at all.... I have an appointment to see a doctor in a few hours. I think I may have just stretched a ligament -- I sure hope I haven't torn/fractured anything.  :'(

Turns out I dislocated my "ECU" tendon. Hurts like a bitch, but the doc said I'll be back at 100% in three weeks. I'm going to hammer my legs and calves until then...  ;)
