Title: Bob Chick is in Boise Idaho for the BB EXpo

he's here for the BB.com fitness expo tomarrow night. my buddy saw him training legs last night at Golds, said he was freaky awesome, but of course he is easier to impress than most of us get biggers, ill take pics of the expo, we are supposed to have jay, Bob, chick, monica, Lee and more.... ;D

Jay will be in Boulder, Colorado this weekend guest posing. I know Monica will be out at the EXPO for BSN. People who have gone before to this show said it is a great time on Friday.

Lift,  it is huge for boise, last year we had jay, Bob, Lee, chris Cook, Toney F., Quincy, a bunch of women pro and ho's . Ill take pics if you'all wanta see some...

There is a really big expo, bodybuilding contest, and party at the Bodybuilding.com home town of Boise, Idaho this weekend! It is always a blast. Chick and many others are there in support of them, and the comminuty up there. Plus, of course, there is that party...

ok you guys know Russ likes to get his drink on, so of course it is in the Big Easy concert hall/ bar, not my ideal place for an expo, but we usually have about 1000 people there, plus its free.

Shawn - if you have seen some of the pictures that Dina took with Robert Reiff this past week - it will blow you socks off...   she is one of the most photogenic people out there...  I hear Dina may be hosting a party with Tara Scotti in NYC sometime soon... get those two together, you may never know what happens...

I should hand out 240 shirts at the Masters O.   I could see a tanned and oiled Bob Chick chasing and punching out a series of teenagers in white 240 t-shirts.

THe party will have alot of potato entries: Mashed potatoes, french fries, scalloped potatoes etc.

make fun of Boise all you want, you guys would be surprised. Pop. 250,000. 5 of the biggest nicest Golds in the world seriously www.goldsgym.com look at idaho, esp. East Boise, 50,000 sq. ft. it looks like a las Vegas casino inside, marble, water fall, 200 peices of cardio......
