Title: Question re cold temperatures and steroids

so I have some winstrol in liquid form and in recent times with cold weather I have noticed its turned a bit cloudy and many tiny bubbles have appeared in it

is it still ok to use and effective to use?

im assuming its just the colder temperature making the bubbles precipitate out?

Warm it to body temp (in hand for several mins), shake lightly... should be ok..

is the winny water or oil based..
