If a guy was running a cycle of test and eq, is there any risk in the hormones affecting his wife/grandmother growing fetus if he's blasting his load in her?

To answer your question, no there will be no effect on a growing fetus even if no protection is being used.

I actually remember reading something somewhere about aromatise inhibitors not being good, but have searched again and cant find anything anywhere. Could have been one of those tren dreams
