when your on AAS, what is A good recovery time after a hard workout?
-
When im "on" its about one day, when im off its about 3 days.

Depends what you mean. For me I do each body part once a week usually. It allows my muscles to fully rest and recuperate. But thats just me. I know a lot of other guys that do this too. I seem to get the best results form this routine. during the week ill take two days off.

Blast each bodypart once a week :o You're body will love the rest. This also helps joints and tendons to recover too, and prevents injuries as well :)

ZEEK,
Think about this....when you’re on the juice you can lift more and tear down more muscle then if you were not on the juice. It would make more sense to add an extra day to recover for all the damage that has taken place with the weights. Your joints will be happier if you did. ie. If you work a push pull routine three days a week straight, give yourself a day in between of rest. ~ The_Crusher

i need more recovery when im juicin cuz of the intensity of the workouts... i usually train 4 times per week .. one bodypart gets hit every 7 days ... but im knackered and borderin on overtrainin .... i keep slippin an extra days rest in there and startin my trainin 8 days later rather than 7 .. means the trainin days are all f'ucked up ... but there ya go.

One body part per day, per week.
BUt I fucking beat the shit out of that muscle group, so it needs the rest.

Each muscle group once per week......but I train for strength.
I burn out the CNS because I go for one rep maxes for my last set.
Bodybuilders go for "the pump" so they can do the same bodypart multiple times per week.
Different goals.
