 Ronnie uses straps. If he wants respect, he's going to have to do that without them. Grip is half the battle.

Half the battle ::)

In truth it is actually half the battle for me but I don't think its quite the same for Ronnie.

So Ronnie used straps, big deal.  I'm sure with the hook grip and a little chalk he can hang on to 800 lbs. just fine.  He's training to stay on top of the bodybuilding heap, not to impress some pencilnecks on getbig.

it would be a hell of a lot more for ronnie. the guy probably never goes over 400 before putting straps on. of course, who gives a shit? his forearms are enormous already and he's not trying to be a powerlifter.

True, Daniel.

You always speak the truth.

So tell me, how much longer will Ronnie maintain his grip on the Olympia?

Is he slippin'?

wrong, everything bodybuilders do must be in order to impress pencilnecks on getbig, or else they will be flamed mercilessly by said pencilnecks before they jerk off to the anime on cartoon network.

 You're the one who made the dumb comment. I never said I had a stronger grip than Ronnie, I said I doubted his grip dwarfed mine. One thing I do know though, is that Ronnie dwarfs you ::)
