Bummer! Was a fan when he was in Andy Griffith. I wonder if he banged Lou Ann Poovy from the Gomer Pyle USMC Show.

"Gomer" killed next door to us but I only ran into him a couple of times.

But he was a good singer and you could hear him a couple of houses away.

Has there been any mention of where he resided when he passed away?
