prep is great..carbs are loooow. condition will be spot on.

no, no one took the bet...the bet was to win the show...not beat Vince. No one knew if he was competing or not until he just announced it.

I think we all agree that Bob has bigger fish to fry and the little Bob Chick/240 feud is in the past.

The "masters" don't count! It just gives a bunch of 'has beens' a place to show off their aging bodies.
