Had a friend come out of prison after 2/3 years and looked great due to non use of alcohol and drugs while inside and exercise. Once out he returned to his wicked ways and soon looked like hell ! Stay golden big fella!

Prison/jail "preserves" people . take a guy who's spent 10yrs in jail and a guy who's been "out" for 10 and the jail guy will look much much younger. Not just "drug" people, just people in general.

This is true,2 of my friends have done some time,one did 15 years and the other did 7 and they definitely looked better once they got out verse when they went in.All they did was eat,exercise and relax.no bills no real life stress.

I was surprised to see this last time in jail that female inmates could order lipstick on commissary (beige and some sort of red). If dudes did that they'd be put in pc by staff.
