has anyone been to muscleworks in london uk and is it any good i have been told that its the meca of body building in the  uk

I haven't been to Muscleworks so I obviously can't say if it the mecca of gyms in the UK but if you want a famous gym with a proper dungeon-like hardcore atmosphere go to Temple Gym in Birmingham city centre (Dorian's place).
