Yes, that figure is correct. 12,000% = 120 times. You may recall when MuscleTech would say "Cell-Tech works 1,200% better than the competition - meaning that Cell-Tech was alleged to be 12x as strong as the competition.
Jews are 0.2% of the global population, yet have earned something like 24% of all Nobel Prizes, so yes - Jews get around 120x as many Nobel Prizes as you would expect based on their percentage of the population. Put another way, you could say that Jews are ~12,000% above average.

But if you think the Jewish intellectual influence on the West has been a good thing - which has produced crumbling multicultural states whereas Israel is an explicitly pro-Jewish state with something like 22 anti-Palestinian laws on the books - then I would disagree with you completely that on.

Thing is. The way this would work in moder Scandinavia is this.
First they would ban all religious acts and items.
Then somebody would get offended on behalf of some ISIS infiltrator and the ban would be lifted from refugees.
After this the ban would only affect the chistening, comfirmation and wedding celebrations of everyday scandinavian. These would be deemed distressing for all the peaceful rocket engineers, orthopedic surgeons and skilled automotive techicans who seek refuge here. Oddly enough, only 10% of these know how to fill any forms and hardly know how to write their names? But that is the tramatizing effect of war.
And we cannot leave out the stress from leaving your wife and kids to the war zone and wondering through Europes best tourist locations actively snap chatting away and looking for best social support system...

Nobody should be just let in. If there must be refs then they should be brought from camps and whole families not just men aged 18 to 28.
I've got kids my self. If I go out there and start smashing heads with a baseball bat I'll just end up in jail.
