Title: Groink Sighting
Post by: ChopperRider on June 05, 2018, 07:41:05 PM: I was driving through a crappy part of Phoenix yesterday and standing on the corner of 24th Street and Van Buren was Groink.

At first I looked and I was thinking where have I seen that huge growth hormone jaw before? Sure enough it was Groink, walking north toward Washington Street right in the area of those seedy hotels where you rent by the week and the hookers and drug dealers hang out all day and night by the Light Rail station.

For the record he had on a turquoise tank top and weird purple shorts. He was talking to himself and carrying a styrofoam Big Gulp cup while darting through traffic.

And for those who care....he is kind of short and sure as hell doesn’t weigh anywhere near 225-235 lbs.

I will swing back through that way this week and try to get a photo. I will offer him a ride and see what he says. I will make sure to tell him who I am when I’m dropping him off at his $300/week hotel room!

Yup. Groink is at least 5'11" - if not taller (or at least he was when he lived on LI).
