You see, after your work out, there is a 30 minute window of opportunity that you want to take advantage of. Drink one of these right after your workout and the sugars will drive the protein right into the muscle via a glycogen spike!
$1.98 for each. Not bad, I guess.

How do you keep these refrigerated after a 4 hour work out?
The biggest issue for me is taking advantage of that 30 minute window, because after I finish my last set it usually takes me 3-5 minutes to catch my breath, another 2 minutes to put weights away and clean off my station. Add 3-6 minutes to walk to the locker room, retrieve my bag, wash my hands and use the restroom.
In a best case scenario I've wasted a minimum of 8 minutes of the post work out window, thats almost one third of the window gone just putting stuff away. That's not considering I still haven't refilled my gallon but at the drinking fountain.

I know. I think that's why I'm not seeing results. I wish the window could be extended to 33 minutes....
I will have to carry my 5 pound jug of whey isolate to the gym so I can drink a protein shake in my mixer cup immediately post work out.
