I have a question....This is not surveillance video...It is clearly hand held...so a photographer was ready  and grinding at the beginning when the lift arrives...like he knew something was going to happen?

I would love to witness that.I always hope I can be around for something like this.So I can unleash and in court I’m defending the elderly what better defense for putting someone in a wheelchair.
