Goodmorrow I Am FALLSVIEW



Very impressive. I've been following this guy for sometime. Check out his diet as he truly believes "In order to get big...You need to EAT BIG."  Guys an animal.

7am. Half pound of ground sirloin mixed with 6 eggs.

8am. Train

11am. Boneless Ribeye, mashed potatoes, kale, grits.

1pm. Carb Meal. Turkey neck stew, oatmeal with dates.

4pm. Fried Chicken in Air Fryer light dusting of Mac oil, Apple with caramel dip.

8pm. Light Salad with boneless chicken breasts.  2 glasses of water.

10pm. Glass of Red Wine for the antioxidents, cheese and crackers (Friday nights only)

12am. Glass of water, vitamins, protein shake.

It's not really an outrageous amount of food. I've known endurance athletes who eat as much or more. The problem is that William's calorie burn is quite a bit less than his intake. He's fat.  Very Fat.

I'm not challenging his strength of course. But he is not healthy in any way, shape or form. As another pointed out, this guy is a walking heart attack. To each his own. But this eat big, get big bullshit is just an excuse for gluttony.

All these years later and is he lifting much if any more than the likes of
Reinhoudt / Kazmaier etc.
And his physique compared to Kaz’s !!

It's like the morbidly obese person who orders the Diet Coke along with three Big Macs.

I know how he must feel.  LOL!  ;) ;D  I never could bench press and rarely did deadlifts but then I wasn't a powerlifter.  My friends  were.  Great bunch of ol' timers too...Miss 'em all, brother!  :'(
