Title: IF Ronnie Coleman retires this year could Levrone win.
Post by: Hendrix on April 14, 2006, 07:22:27 PM
Just being hypothetical that Ronnies breaks the record of Haney and decides to retire.Would this interest levrone in making a comeback, a serious one with huge shredded legs he would take out Cutler.Hypothetical but interesting.

problem being that levrone hasn't shown up olympia caliber since 2000, and hasn't been at his best since 1997.

I can't imagine him training for 12 full months - he's too distracted with writing music and delaying his movie - even Dorian didnt consider him a threat because he knew K-Lo's heart wasnt fully into his bodybuilding . . .

True but has trained for those comps in a 3 month period ,im talking about training for full 12 months bring up his weaknesses remember the 2002 MrO he took points of Ronnie and anyone who has not seen 2002 battle for the MrO only one man can match him on upper body size and prpportions Ronster.
PS i would like to know has Cutler ever beaten Levrone or Dex for that matter.

This is a kinda strange topic!

Imean levrone seems to be doind pretty well for himself anyway and seems happier now i cant think why he wud make a come back and even hypothetically speaking his last good showing was 2000 and he's a lot older now and he's much smaller than he ever was

come on man levrone looked like a monster at the olympia 1997,1999 and 2002 and offcourse 1996....levrone i guess can again b a threat if he reallly got serious about his training.i guess he can again b a top tier bodybuilder even in the presence of big ron.but i still say he won't ever beat ronnie cuz is just in his own separate league that is yet to b surpassed.........ok if big ron retires and think den levrone migh have a chance.beatin jay cutler would b tough tho but he can give 1 last shot at glory

if levrone comes in his 1996 arnold classic condition,i thnk so levrone would take the sandow for sure....take a look..flawless levrone

Biggest question is, does he WANT to come back to BB?

I do not think so.

Why would he if he is living his life right now?

keep doubting him, many who have been doubted throughout life have gone on to big things

you act like he should be on the red carpet right away ::)

well, I actually think he should have been on it about five years ago if he was serious.

How many people do you know who begin an acting career when they're 40?

too bad he's has 40+ years to form his wooden on-camera persona.  I'm not trying to bag on him . . . bb was his thing, he should have focused on it and gotten his Olympia. Instead he wanted to be a rock star, and now he wants to be an actor.  He's an attention ho all right, but it seems like he has some commitment issues. BB was where he was destined to be ultimately successful, but he neglected it. and had some setbacks like the torn pec, etc.

Kevin has been doing the acting things for a while now. Can someone name something that he has done that the general public would know?  The only thing that I have seen was a supplement commercial and that was only because someone here posted a link.

The only part that he could play is that of a bodyguard or an ex bodybuilder.

He may be able to get upto size within a short period of time but hardness and definition comes from muscle maturity which takes years not months. He looked like crap in his last years mostly because he never seemed at cut and hard as in his younger years.

I TRAINED WITH THE MAN AT HIS GYM IN MILLERSVILLE, MD. I'VE SEEN THE GUY FROM  225 TO 250 IN A MATTER OF 3-4 WEEKS. THAT IS NO BS !!!!! THE MAN HAS THE SICKEST GENETICS EVER. NO DOUBT IN MY MIND IF HE HAD A YEAR TO TRAIN WITH NO DISTRACTIONS, WE COULD WIN THE SANDOW. KEVIN LOST TO JAY IN 2001. KEVIN WAS OFF HIS FORM. HOWEVER, STILL LOOKED TREMENDOUS AND TOOK THIRD. KEVIN IS ONE OF THE BEST EVER. DOESN'T GET ENOUGH CREDIT AS A BB.

I know within at least 8 months- preferably a year- LEvrone can get to wher ehe was, if not better (his system might respnd better to the gear and training after a nice rest) And do some damage..He would definately bein the top 3...this guys has the best genetic in bodybuilding. The funny thing, you really notice what aesome genetic she has after he stepped away from bodybuilding- just looking at his recent pictures, the shape hes in, and the musclarity he still carries- is amazing.
