What is the name of the researcher that came up with this method?
The best promotion for this system, or any system, is to do it yourself and show us the before and after results. It's only five weeks and I believe you are thinking about competing again.

I remember reading about this in the mags back in the 1980's
my guess...Jeff Feliciano (not a researcher unless that term includes home brewing steroids)

Yes, I remember the name from back in the 80s. Seem very knowledgeable about steroids. A supplement article was posted here some years back.

Not sure what this has to do with the video or the 100’s system, but.....K.

It's always informative to know the background of the "researcher" of a training system. When was the last time you tried the "100's System". I've heard of high rep training but not that high. Hell, I don't even know if I can do 100 bodyweight squats let alone 95 lbs.

I’ll stick it in about 2-3 times a year but aside from this you have people that have 1. Never competed that only go by hearsay 2. Never trained hard let alone that would know how we actually trained back in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s oreven early 2000’s. That being said, they think because someone was associated with drugs that the training was irrelevant.
I know there are a lot of people that watch this board that might disagree, to that I say I’ll debate this, in public on video, podcast or whatever. You discount training. Fuck you.

do vacuums, leg lifts, practice posing,
train heavy duty style (dorian yates) lots of intensity
lots of rest, get massages,
20 rep squats
date female bikini or figure girls
diet longer than normal - you are fatter than you think
cold showers, do some more vacuums and pull overs
all you need to know

I did it back in 98 or 99. Crazy insane pumps. Extremely painful. Did for a week or two at a time.

Stopped watching instantly when I saw the backwards baseballcap.
Are you 12 year old? Midlife crisis like Jay Cutler?

This isn't new. The only thing most commonly debated about it is the application. Some say one set of 100 reps nonstop. Others say one set of 100 reps with minimal rest if necessary. Others say 3-5 different exercises with 100 reps for each exercise.
Nearly everyone I know that has tried any variation of this for a while has always reported tendonitis from it.
