Just come to Miami and spend a day in in Little Havana. Much nicer scenery.

Been there several times.  Beautiful city.  What kind of entertainment are you looking for?  Sights, sounds, etc.  For music, do you prefer a club or a music hall?  Did you want to see dance also?

I think we would like just a look into Cuban culture, music, dance.

not going on Norwegian. Didn't see an overnight option out of Tampa

Decent 4-star (average for an American) hotel in Havana will charge you $500-600/night. Just stay on the ship for free and tell everyone you stayed in Havana.

there is no decent 4 start hotel anywhere in Cuba. 5 star hotels are 2 starvhktels in the states
