I used to eat 2 of the swanson 5 oz ones with rice, and 2 met-rx shakes during just my 6-8 hour shift at the nutrition store. For some reason my tummy always hurt, and I shit funny or couldn't give chocolate birth at all no matter how hard I pushed. >:(
The muscle mags never talked about this mysterious fiber stuff back then :o

75 grams of whey isolate? Seems like a waste. Even a guy your size, I would imagine you could over saturate your plasma with amino acids with 40-50grams of whey. More than that would just convert to glucose and become glycogen, IMO.

I don't I'm no longer the young bull climbing the hill, I'm the old bull coming down, so I train empty stomach have done now for last 15 years 4am workout for an hour followed by 45 minute cardio. Then eat. never made sense to carry as much size in retirement better to be healthy. Eat 3-4 meals a day, smaller portions still prioritise the protein, but over eating juicing to the gills young mans game. Usually throw in some aminos and vitamins post workout along with a shake. More worried about resting heart rate these days than bod weight.

What if I told you over-fed phaggots that you don't need a pre-workout meal??? You have plenty of glycogen stored in your body from all of the rest of the crap you shovel in your stupid faces 24/7 wtf are you doing that makes you believe you are so depleted in life that you need to eat before lifting weights for 1-1.5 hrs??? Even funnier is the post-workout "replenishment" meal lol just top already!!!

Protein and carbs. 3-4 hours before. It’s better to train with little or no food in the stomach (not on an empty stomach in the morning). After the meal a lot of blood rushes itno your digestive system. Thst’s why you don’t disturb digestion and absorption of nutrients with training soon after eating. Let the food digest and then hit the gym.

I have carbs once a week, fruit is included on that day but not much. Look into the carnivore diet, also check out meatheals.com, absolute game changer👍

Fuck I wish I’d known this before losing large intestine to colitis, I was aware through trial and error that diet played a massive part in controlling the illness but never had a nailed down plan
