Took about 6 setsPerfect form. My first max set i get 10. My hands are close and touching thats key, I notice the pump stays a few days i be in a better taper to my front and backbody i am too chest dominate. Owls were hootin i was hooting back im suprised we kept it going a few minutes

Close hand placement is the usual cause of impingement with this exercise.
It's a great shoulder exercise but a wider hand spacing is safer.
