i drink custom shakes man with kre alkalin and nox, customised just for me baby!
hey man you cant eat pizza a week before a show,.you can ask any of us pro's and will tell ya that man!

Yeah so what is this about the customized protein shakes bob uses and the company said they can specialize them?
