Pretty standard.

Barbell presses
Side raises
Bent over flyes (rear felt)
Front raises (optional-if I’m bored)

I do traps with back.

Shoulders for me too.

5 sets of dB presses
5 sets of rear delt flys
5 sets of dB shrugs,I do them with back and shoulders.

Curl grip chins (warm up) 1x failure
Pause bench 3x5
Bb row 3x5
Weighted chin 1 set to failure in 8-10 range
Military press seated 1 set to failure in 8-10 range
Bb curl 3x8
Pushdowns 3x8

I call my shoulder workouts THE SHOULDER PULVERISER!!

I also train abs on the same day, I call that
ABDOMINAL ARMAGGEDON!!!

shoulders is a very delicate muscle.

most people with training related injuries have hurt their shoulders.

for that reason i recommend go easy on the shoulders, high reps only!

This is how I categorize the following workouts:

Large leg day

Above average arm day

Everyday is flat bench chest day

Big boy weights back day

I work delts 3x/week. Low-medium weights.

Yesterday: After pecs,
machine presses 2x20
side laterals 4x20
cable side laterals 3x20
front raises 3x20

Tomorrow, before arms:
Dumbbell presses 2x20
side laterals 2x20
rear laterals 2x20

Then on Wednesday after pecs.

142s cause 120s have 11s taped on each side using guerilla tape.Ive been shrugging 2-3 times a week and have been getting really strong for me anyways.Always hated shrugs but now I love them and much stronger than I’ve ever been.Foreams are loving them too.

No my buddy’s basement,true dungeon.Lots of guerilla tape and duct tape to make heavier bells,it’s a blast.Unfinished basement but it’s got ac and fans mounted in a few corners.

Decided fuck the upper/lower training shit and go back to a “bro” split as they known. Training has to be enjoyable above anything else.

Decided to do delts on their own tonight which haven for a bit, Did warmups then one set of seated paused military to failure
Then just went light on everything
Paused military 5x10
Lateral with pause at top 5x10
Rear laterals 5x10
Face pull 5x10

Felt fucking awesome enjoyable session for first time in weeks

Same mate I keep trying upper lower every so often but only last a few weeks at the most before I’m bored of them and not looking forward to train any more
