Title: Already have Gyno

I have childhood gyno. I have had it ever since I can remember. Should I do a cycle of test? I want to get the gyno surgery one day. Would it be best to get the surgery first or to do a cycle first? and if I do a cycle of test, will I have to be extra careful about not making it worse?

I would just get it taken care of. Is it fat or hard gyno?
