To me, I'd rather see experience in the field you're trying to work in. I wouldn't hire a CPA to fill a cavity.
I don't think many fans would think a successful NFL football coach would become a great NHL hockey coach in 1 season.

She has moved up very significantly in the past 2 weeks.
Still want to see how much of the black Southern vote she can wrestle away from Biden. Could be a good indicator of how they show up on Election Day.
