I just came across this video and I think it somehow sums up Bush and Obama's perspectives.
Listen to Tony Blair talk as though he is a representative of Europe as a whole. I think like our previous presidents he is either oblivious to the fact (or just arrogant) that he is a fiduciary of HIS people.
