fucking hell, spine rounded over, his low back should be flat on the pad....

Its amazing he didnt end up crippled earlier in his career.

It proves that form is pretty pointless when trying to gain muscle, if you dont care about long term damage that is

Spine "ain't nuttin' but a peanut" brittle.
Its on like "not for long".

The guys is just ruining himself more with these "exercises".
That's like Flex going in next week and trying to crank out heavy donkey calf raises.

Not too bright.
Likeable guy Ronnie, just not sure what he's doing.
Should be focusing on real spine and back rehab, not jerky/rounded back leg presses.  ???

It’s impossible to even feel sorry for him at this point. It’s all self inflicted and sad...

Sad whats happened to both Ronnie and Flex.

One is losing pieces of his spine, one vertebra at a time and the other is downright losing limbs.

Dude should be training light with very little rest, perfect form, and moderate to light poundages,

Nothing more to prove for Christs sake.

Doctors have told him he has another herniated disc in his spine. All of them are now herniated, as well as his neck.

Will also have to have a part of his hip replacement changed.

Ronnie has poor genetics for longevity and reliability

He has especially poor genetics for knowing when to dial it back and allow his body to recover. As is the case with a lot of guys who get multiple injuries in succession, it all started with one injury that led to another, then another, then another, and so on.

When you injure yourself in a critical area like the lower back, you have to allow it to heal and then restart with light weights to train your body to work around it. When you go back into the gym right away and start lifting the same weights you were lifting before, the stress that would normally be put on the injured body part is offloaded onto other body parts that are not used to handling that kind of load, which causes those body parts to be injured in turn.

I hurt my lower back in 1987 (two bulging discs) I still have to be careful and train around it, no squats or deadlifts

I don't think they care. They will do their job until one day they tell him, sorry we can do no more in which time he will be a cripple :'(.

Doctors don't get personally involved with patients.

You go in the examining room, the doc shows up, reads the chart so he knows your name, gives you 10 minutes, writes the scrip, leaves the room and forgets all about you.

He does this 10-15 times a day minimum.

Ronnie who?

as Long as he has Money they'll patch him up but even the best doctors will reach their limitations.

This might be the reason for his newest herniated disc in which he now needs another surgery.

Not the best movement and leg press as well if you have disc problems.

After 9 back surgeries he should not even be lifting weights and especially not training legs.

Maybe he should realize that he cannot lift weights anymore because his next step will be life in a wheelchair.
