She said in a tweet "Dear President Putin, Hitler and Stalin colluded to start WWII."
That's like me saying that Trump is aiding ISIS since abandoning friendly Kurds in Syria recently. More than 20 million Russians together with thousands of Allied troops died to topple Hitler's rule in WWII.
