I have been in a committed relationship in that time. I also stopped masturbating since being with my new woman. I stopped watching porn in May, but have watched a bit since then, but barely any.

I'm not sure if selecting porn from a dozen thumbnails is good for the mind, in that it may give an unrealistic expectation of how people look. If I'm selecting the perfect looking vulva from a dozen thumbnails, it may make it disappointed to see a real woman.

Having said that, I was never a big viewer of porn, so I don't think stopping watching porn has had too much of an impact on me. I'm still happy I did it, just to see how things would work out.

I'm used to not watching porn now, and I don't miss it. Whether or not I will never masturbate again, I'm not sure. But so far, I haven't since November 10th, and I've only been with one woman. I think it's been working out well, but it wouldn't surprise me if eventually I bump into a woman and get tempted. Time will tell.

Also, I didn't realize that Patrick Bet-David does so much content outside of bodybuilding. I thought he was another bodybuilding channel, but it turns out that he has many people on his show that are not from the bodybuilding world. In other words, he's not a bodybuilding channel at all, but general content.
