PS - I told myself that I wasn't going to follow anymore posts/videos of Ronnie Coleman on Instagram anymore, because I don't want to encourage him in any way, shape, or form to continue to destroy his body the way he has been.  But then I made a new rule - If someone else starts the post on Ronnie, I will check it out.  And then my interest got reignited due to your many posts updating us on Ronnie by way of Instagram.  I guess I'm over the sadness phase of following Ronnie, and now it's somewhat of a fascination founded in concern.
