A good strategy for not getting infected is to build a stronger immune system.
- Stress less! When your body is not under stress it will fight off illness better.
Find good ways to manage stress, jerking off would be one strategy that could be well worth trying!
- Sleep!

I figure this virus may be a while, might as well do what you can do try to maximize your immune system doing this time, people who get infected seem to take an awful long time to recover... for the US - 3,127 infected - 56 recovered.
