What a grade A cu n t
-
Haha what the fuck? Makes cswols reps look full by comparison. Fucking clown
-
He hasn't completed a single rep. Truly it is as the Emperor has foreseen, he is strong with The Farce®.
I can no longer train legs but if I could I would NEVER use one of those lead-sled things. It's not the same as an inverted leg press, which I think is far superior to those things.
-
If I ran that gym he would be gone immediately.
-
Now I've seen everything. :o
-
This cock holster needs to banned from the gym. I was hoping the entire leg press would collapse and crush him. :-\
-
That's a strong m0therfucker
-
That was pathetic.
-
WTF WAS THAT.i was really hoping that stack of 45s was gonna fall on him.
-
I've seen this one before, very dangerous and stupid.
-
I would throw him out of the gym if I were the owner
-
hope he will re-rack all the plates back
-
Was I the only one hoping that stack was going to fall directly into his face?
-
Retarded and dangerous. Those weights dangling at the top could have easily slid off and fucked the guy up for life. And he did zero reps.
-
LMFAO!! dude had more of a workout PUTTING THE PLATES ON ( and hopefully off) than what he did on the machine. Where do these idiots come from? Im a fan of gironda( vince) and and people like him who (back in the day) they would throw stupid people out of the gym!!
-
Coach Huang Musclecenter would not allow this in his gym.
"No bullshit!"

A squat with 135 pounds would make his legs better. This has to be a spoof vid though.

I didn’t watch the video - but I can tell you that you can build huge quads using a sled. High reps are the “secret” for legs. Everyone that I have known who has REALLY pushed it and gone with mega high reps - has built quads.
Look at bicycle racers (sprint type not distance) and they have ENORMOUS legs. Sprinted as well (although not like cyclists)

A true WARRIOR of the iron. SF1900 is bringing us serious inspiration here, and I for one am truly grateful.

Believe me, I know that high rep squats work. I have a slight physical handicap and can no longer do any leg work of worth. Those sleds are nothing to me. I prefer the J.C. Hise method of high rep breathing squats but again, those days are lost to me now. But thank you all the same!

Back when my home gym was called Golds this guy used to train my friend andvi nicknamed "crazy legs." I never did see him do any other exercise but leg presses (literally thats allbhe did not just for legs i never saw him work the rest of his body) and he would load the machine always with the same weight and do 4-5 sets of like 30 reps and his rom was so short youd think he was working calves or something. Huge huge quads hams calves. Just massive. I remember he walked funny kind of swung his arms whilr hewalked and he had this exaggerated walk kind of mirroring his arms. Said he used to compete. Big dude, not sure what happened to him. He gadbthis really funny haircut lol. Big ass legs for sure.
-
Ok the guy i mentioned did fuller reps than that clown good lord!
-
thought those plates were going to fall on him . . . !
-
Most guys have a fuller range of motion on calf raises.
-
Wish he would have unlocked those knee joints..... Oooh mama there goes that man

I think everyone here was kind of hoping that is what would happen....
-
Zero reps,zero development,zero fucking brainpower !!
Back in the day if this idiot did this in our gym we would have humiliated his dumb ass so much he would never ever dare show up again.
-
I’m certainly on board with him doing 6 reps (;D ;D ;D), but god-in-heaven there was almost zero range of motion.
