I'm sure both administrations looked at the cost of nearly 2 billion N95 masks (about $.50 a piece in bulk), and decided to put off buying them as a cost cutting measure.

I know CA quite well..... you are in OC, Huntington Beach.... I graduated HS from Thousand Oaks, and moved to Newport for years before college in TX, I spent 20 yrs in CA, was born there

I’m just saying all the people that complain left and right about CA on here, about their politics, live there, obviously one of the most left states in the country
