I recognize the name isn't this the guy who trained Shawn Ray and taught him the ropes of bodybuilding?
Solid physique, great structure, can anyone (ND?) throw some good photos up here so I/we can get a better impression of his overall physique?

Has 1 kid playing for the Green Bay Packers, one playing for USC, and one playing for Stanford. They will all be in the NFL. They speak multiple languages and are 4.0 students.

That's him. Intense dude and knows what it takes to be a winner in life. In the Shawn Ray interview he said he changed his sons last name to "St. Brown" so it will stand out more wearing a football jersey. He doesn't leave a stone unturned.

He was naturally tall and lanky and had a tough time filling out but he did make it to the Olympia stage. He suffered a brutal pec tear that pretty much ended his career.

The last 2 pics expose his somewhat subpar genetics, making his bodybuilding success more impressive. The first pic I thought was Shawn Ray for a split second lol. I can see where Shawn got at least some of his posing abilities from. I specifically recall Shawn retelling training stories with Brown and it was high volume high intensity and their first workout together was legs if I remember correctly. It sounded brutal.
Would be nice for Shawn to chime in though im guessing he won't. He seems to only keep this forum around for reading when he's bored and self promotion (which I think is a shame.)
Actually Shawn if you care to comment please do and if you have the time impart some training knowledge. Of ALLLL the past IFBB pros I could possibly learn from it would definitely be you.
Shawn ain't postin I know I know... :(

The one at USC may be a late 1st rounder. The scouting report on the Packer was injury prone, which he has been in his 1st season. See if they can strengthen him up. The Cardinal is similar to the 3rd Ball brother who can't make it in the NBA, is just barely "G" League. I don't think he will be in the NFL. 2 out of 3 isn't bad.
Not sure if that was an underhanded slight to tell Shawn Asia should have been in tennis instead of song and dance.

Shawn has a recent interview with John Brown which he posted on a series of links here. You really get a good idea of what type of guy Brown is. Very intense and winning oriented.
You're right that Brown didn't have world-class genetics. He never would be able to get that size and fullness that the other top pros had in that era but he made the most with what he had. He had a reputation of training like a maniac and few could keep up with him. It was six days a week training each bodypart three times during that week.
You're also right about Shawn. When he posts here it's only to promote whatever he's doing. He's not going to lower himself to converse with the unwashed masses here. I asked him a few question about John which was typically ignored.

high volume high intensity
::) if you can keep doing set after set then the workout isn't high intensity, a high intensity workout will be physically unbearable after 30mins or so.
