hi lee, man i hope frank makes it to work this week that is if he can walk ;) hey lee can you tell us what exercises you did? how many sets and reps? sounds like frank had a great time can't wait to see it on the new dvd. thanks lee

We just did exstensions 8 sets with negatives and me pushing down on it.Reps kept going till his legs wouldn't come up.Went to leg press did 3 sets 20 reps then he ran for bathroom. ;D

i do that my last 2 sets on high rep leg curls (anything over 25)
them bastards hurt >:( like the kinda pain which hits you like 5 seconds AFTER you finish your set and leave ya in goosebumps <shudder..i'm not looking forward to sunday >:( >

Ha Ha frank here. yeah i didnt last very long in the workout. It sucked that i crumbled so early but the day was worth it.

You were a real trooper. There's nothing to be nervous about because when all is said and done - you gave the leg workout everything you had, threw up, and CAME BACK to finish the workout. :o
I've thrown up many times in my early training days - nothing to be ashamed of. Just an indication that you're working hard (perhaps just a little too hard.)
I'll have this dvd (I'm thinking it will be a bonus dvd for our subscribers) done in a week or 2.

Yeah, i had brought work out clothes but things were progressing so quickly that i didnt give a shit. I can work out in trash bags if i have to.. Scott asked me if i wanted to change but by that time we were getting in Lees Mustang and i said scrw it..

You've been here 5 minutes, so in this particular instance rather than be relentlessly critical of you I'll just let you know that I was infact being ironic.
Criticism threads pertaining to Lee's facial tattoo have never included me being negative about it because I simply don't care what he does.
I was unsure whether my mother would be proud of my ability to "wield irony" on an internet message board but with your encouragement you've given me the self confidence I need to reveal my fantastic abilities to her. I don't think its an exageration to say that this will make her day.

In all seriousness reality, rather than make any implications as to who I would suggest you get you would be wise to get a bodybuilder with some onscreen charisma.
That would quite honestly be the number 1 requirement.
