Damn, huge mofo! His head looks about 70 of those 300 pounds, but he looks like he could lift a friggin' oil rig. What are some of his lifts?

I guess Id get more respect if I had worn tights to show off my legs for those photos instead of baggy shorts. The problem is I dont own any short shorts or tights and really didnt want to pose in my underwear.
Thanks Mike for getting my back and showing I do have legs, actually my best bodyparts.
In that picture I had just gotten back from a 8 day cruise and had ate crap the whole time and hit 300 for the first time. So I took some shots knowing that I didnt plan on ever hitting that weight again. Im currently 280.

HUge dude i remember when he did ad for total gym with brinkley and c norris,he was huge and somewhat soft,he won his class at the la championship's big show,alway's thought he be pro by now,good look.

From being a f#cking idiot and curling 225 wearing the arm blaster which pushes your arms forward and puts alot of stress on wear the biceps attatch. I heard a pop but it didnt really hurt and I finished my workout and later realized. Your the first person to notice or at least the first person to ask. Sh#t maybe everyone notices and just no one says anything! Ha, I hope not.

Wow Rich, yoou look awesome on stage. You look huge @ 300lbs too, but definately a whole other level in contest shape man. Very inspiring. I know you mentioned in Mayhem that your busy with life and holding competing off, but folks better watch out when you hit the stage again. Wow.. 8)

Yep I would recommend anyone wanting to gain weight to hop on a cruise ship, I gained 20 pounds, round the clock buffets, I'm sure Rich let em have it.
Usually the midnight buffet is the best, alot of cakes and stuff ;D
