I'm thinking of bumping down the weights alil. mostly for safety. the only thing that I'm scared about is losing my gains or not making any new gains. so i'm just curious, can i gain with more modate heay weights or do i need go all out to gain mass??
if i bump down the weights, should I up the volume abit??

What are your goals? Do you train for strength or are you in it more for the sake of overall development?

the body only changes to the the level it is forced to, if you can't find ways (hst/cycling/targeting/ect) to cause the muscle to be torn down and rebuild stronger than it won't. not everything is about how much you lift but how much you force the body in new or different areas so it has to adapt and grow.growth is nothing more than a combonation of stress upon the muscle followed by rest and nutrients to feed the rebuilding process, take out one part and you will end up as so many people who work out everyday year end and year out but there body never changes and they look the same always.
