got very lil sleep last two nights, 8 hours total. real tired, but i need to hit back im a couple days b ehind and busy stretch ahead

Try a pre workout drink like NO-Explode or EAS Muscle Armour,failing that a strong cup of coffee.Often when you feel a bit tired after 20 minutes or so of training you are back to normal and have a great workout.
