LOS ANGELES — Mayor Eric Garcetti signed an executive directive Friday to address racial equity in Los Angeles by requiring city departments to plan for the reinstatement of affirmative action in California and for city employees to take implicit-bias training.
Los Angeles departments will not be able to implement the affirmative action changes unless Proposition 209 is repealed, which since 1996, has outlawed government and educational agencies from considering race, gender and other factors when hiring people.
We Californians voted in Prop 209 to stop Affirmative Action, and it still exists anyway as whites are not allowed to even apply for DMV, Post Office or any other government job but that's not enough. This is what happens when you relinquish your power to government, through Coroana Virus scams and Black Lives bullshit. This is EXACTLY what happens, they take it upon themselves to dominate and dictate their fucking agenda. How the fuck is Affirmative Action addressing police violence? Left wing has a chance, go for it, implement your whole fucking agenda. I am OUT OF LOS ANGELES.

Examples? Doctors? Nurses? Lawyers? Teachers? What blacks do you encounter daily and in what profession are they failing you? I work with black turds in my field but white ones as well. Best dentist I ever had was black. If affirmative action played a hand in that, I'd say thank God he got the opportunity.

Reno would be my choice but housing prices are skyrocketing because many others are thinking the same thing. Boise, Coer 'd' alene, Telluride, Flagstaff and Missoula are all great places but getting expensive. The key is to find the next hot spot before it's hot and buy property. The mountain west seems to be the best place to relocate because dindus don't like cold and many can't handle altitude because of sickle cell.

There’s def black doctors, dentists, etc. but I personally have never seen or met one where I live, black pharmacists, yes, and they were primarily Nigerian. All the other doctors were white, Asian/Indian.

Dont worry universities still require one to pass difficult science classes to get advanced science degrees so the chances an unqualified black man will become a doctor are nil.

I’d estimate 80% - 90% of the MBEs, DBEs, and WBEs are sham fronts for white-owned businesses or complete pass-through firms.

I would argue that blacks only hiring at the DMV is a cultural decline as well. We have all had the fat, black lady at the DMV that hates white people almost as much as she hates work. While it is politically incorrect to say so, the QUALITY of government worker suffers from AA, and we all suffer from the lazy, impolite attitude. Simply didn't happen before AA.

I'm thinking Reno because A) I don't mind some snow in winter for the holidays and always can come visit L.A. on a 35 minute flight. B)The rents and home prices are still quite low, as I have some permanent income from a stock dividend I got from the electronics company I worked for for years so needing high paid work is unnecessary. C) Kind of close to some Mountains and hiking over in the Sierras of California. D) I think that Reno/Truckee area is filled with more Conservative people, especially the truckers that are always in Reno from pulling rigs through the Sierras. Not as much liberal bullshit, unlike Vegas. Prices look very attractive right now.
Honestly I may just get a little log cabin in Plumas County or Quincy and just live like a recluse, fish, and then can go down to Reno in 30-45 minutes for big city activities..They have little wood cabins next to lakes for cheap as no one is there. Live like Henry Thoreau and drop out of this whole thing called society. Join a gun owners club with some Mountain Hillbillys' and talk about the coming civil war. I just need out of L.A.

Every black person that works at the Post Office or other government agency gets a salary, health care, and a lifelong pension without having to compete fairly for the government job as in the open market. It also is nearly impossible to get fired from a government job, The unions and government laws protecting government employees makes them lifelong jobs. So if you are black, go down to the post office or DMV, no experience and get a lifelong job with benefits. And white and Asian privilege kids will run the world, same as always.
However AA is actually inherently racist against black people. It's saying they cannot compete in the free market. It's also a form of ownership. The prison system, government jobs, quotas, this is the REAL racism as it says that if black people truly were free, to compete and demand of themselves what white and Asian kids do, they would obviously fail because they are inferior. So we need AA and "special" programs.There is the RACISM.
