Ive ben trying higher carb latley wich lowers my ability to eat the protein i feel i need
In thinking 600 grams of dairy and plant base protein 800 carbs and 200 fats.

Kale and paint thinner (watch out as it attracts hedgehogs though).

Kale, sea salt and linguini while sitting on a fence (watch out as it attracts folks wearing bunnysuits and soggy old bastards though).

As little as possible until you lose the weight.

Im thinking next day do max reps bodyweight squats every 20 min with mosquito repellent and no alcohol until i fing a supplement that increases protein synthia

Go on Youtube and look up 90 day pushup transformations. There are 30 and 60 day videos as well. Some amazing transformations. Add bodyweight squats and pullups and you'll really see changes.

Are you eating the mosquito repellant?Or are you just doing squats near the woods and wearing it?
